Comprehensive Eye Exams

$125-$170

During your exam we will evaluate your vision, your eye health, including potential eye diseases and how your eyes work together. Regular eye exams are crucial for maintaining good vision and detecting early signs of eye or systemic health problems. Eye exams are an important part of overall health maintenance.

We also provide occupational eye exams for various industries and agencies. We offer visual examinations for DMV, DOT, Welding, Dental Hygiene and more.

Contact Lens

$210-245

Contact lenses are medical devices which require a prescription before purchase. We ensure your examination and lens fitting process includes determining the correct lens fit to ensure proper vision correction and eye health.

Co-management

Working closely with experts in the industry, we offer a variety of services to ensure your ocular health is managed with the right team. We work with ophthalmologists, endocrinologists, rheumatologists, neurologists, cardiologists, internists and more.

We offer high risk medication monitoring, Glaucoma screenings, refractive surgery consultations, cataract evaluations, diabetic eye exams, macular degeneration screening.

Medical & Emergency Visits

$85-$150

Our in-house doctor is fully certified to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of medical conditions, including red eyes, itchy eyes, sudden loss of vision, flashes of light, dry eyes, styes, allergies, scratched cornea, foreign body, swollen eyes, and infections. Please call our office, and we will do our best to accommodate any urgent needs.

Meet the Doctor

Jacqueline Gomez, OD, Owner

Dr. Gomez graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. She received her doctorate from Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry with BSK academic and Gold Key honors.

She is fluent in Spanish and is incredibly proud to serve her community and patients from all walks of life. She enjoys curating music playlists, comedy shows, and barbecuing with the family.

Patient Center

  • 1. Billing and Insurance information MUST be provided prior to your appointment day. If insurance information is not provided, please expect to pay out-of-pocket and self-submit your claim.

    2. We are independent from Costco. We are in network with different insurances than Costco Optical. Despite what you may see on your insurance plan website, send us your insurance information in advance so we can confirm and verify in-network benefits for your exam.

    3. Retinal Imagery is required by our doctors and is not always covered by insurance. Fees range from $25-$40.

    4. If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule.

    5. All no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $15 fee due at your next appointment.

    By scheduling an appointment at Vista Eye Care, you agree to the above terms.

  • We are a new clinic and are currently in process of being credentialed with multiple vision plans and medical insurances. At this time we are only offering self-pay exams. We provide you with the necessary documents to self-submit to your insurance provide for reimbursement.

  • Vista Eyecare & Wellness is independent from Costco Optical. They offer a full-service optical department with a variety of eyewear and designer frames for everyone. They provide great expertise and guidance to select the perfect pair of glasses. They can assist you with all of your glasses and contact lens ordering as well as insurance verification for benefits of materials. You need to be a Costco Member to use Costco Optical services.
